ABOUT

Jacque Malouf is a Sydney based food stylist and consultant, food/recipe writer and cookbook author.

A trained chef with a serious passion for food, her cooking career began when she won a trip to Paris in a cookery competition. Seduced by the tastes and sights of Europe, she settled in London for 13 years, where she became a food stylist, food writer and the author of 2 cookbooks published by Conran Octopus.

She is a member of the Prestigious UK Guild of Food Writers, where she was chosen to be a judge at their annual cookbook awards.

Jacque has collaborated with a number of major food, alcohol, hospitality, supermarket, publishing and corporate brands in Australia and internationally. Her clients include Uber Eats, American Express, Goodman Fielder, Nestle, Coca Cola, Bollinger, QANTAS, Kellogg’s, Lindt and Arnott’s.

Her attention to detail, creative mastery of technical builds and uber organisational skills have established her as a reliable favourite with clients and creative agencies.

A whizz at logistics with a list-writing obsession, she thrives on heading up strong food teams on large scale advertising shoots – often in the middle of nowhere!

With a unique, inspiring and eclectic portfolio, Jacque’s level of creativity and professionalism shines through her work.
